Join along! ... This week I became really aware of what I've been doing... to GAIN weight LOL! But that was/is the whole point! It's time to become totally aware of my habits again so I can correct them where need be :) Summary: I did 2 days of yoga/stretching and one day of moving boxes for hours. I ate ~2800 calories on 2/7 days and ~3100 also 2/7 days. I ate ~1900 calories 2 of the 7 days also, so if I keep today at maintain-weight calories (1900) then I'll have a total of 3 days of "good" calories. Next week I aim for 5 days of at-or-below maintain-weight calories! :D PS I haven't been weighing... my last weigh-in was August 23rd at 175 lbs. I will weigh again at the end of the challenge.
